Dennis is the owner and co-founder of Capitol Roofing. A Cheyenne native & 1979 East High Graduate, Dennis has been married to Charlene since 1990, with two sons, Tyler & Hayden. He is a former Professional Bullrider & NFR Qualifier, an avid water sports enthusiast, and a lover of sports in general. He prefers "being in a boat with a drink on the rocks" to "being in the drink with a boat on the rocks".
We believe in "doing the right thing because it's the right thing". We believe that success is the result of providing our customers value that creates raving fans and generates personal referrals, and these beliefs helped name us Winner of 2014 BBB Torch Award For Business Ethics. We remain excited about being a part of the communities we serve, supporting the things that are important to our customers, and we look forward to many more years of service to Southeast Wyoming and Northern Colorado.

Jeanette has spent most of her life in Cheyenne and is a graduate of Central High School and Laramie County Community College. She has been with Capitol Roofing since 2003. She is not only a highly qualified roofing system inspector, but also Capitol Roofing's Operations Manager. Jeanette is an active community volunteer with the Burns Booster Club, The Lions Club and the local 4H Club. She and her husband Cody (also an employee of Capitol Roofing) have two beautiful children who will no doubt follow them to be the next generation of community leadership.

Carol Sloan joined the Capitol Roofing team in 2013. Carol enjoys people, thus taking care of clients is her top priority. Carol and her husband James are proud parents of two sons that are graduates of the University of Wyoming and are enjoying their next chapter in life. James and Carol enjoy motorcycle rides and watching not only their favorite teams, but sports in general.

Originally from Northern Colorado, Cody is a graduate of Rocky Mountain High School in Fort Collins, and attended Northeastern Junior College in Sterling. Cody has been with Capitol Roofing since 2008, and is one of Capitol Roofing's most experienced roofing inspectors and salesmen. Cody knows the ins and outs of roofing. He also ensures coverage to our more outlying customers traveling routinely to Pine Bluffs, Albin, Burns, Wheatland, Chugwater, Carpenter, Hereford, and Grover. He has been the sole inspector and salesman for some expansive ranch properties, demonstrating Capitol Roofing's ability to easily accommodate even the largest projects seamlessly under his diligent monitoring in the field.
Cody is well respected in the community as both a rodeo judge, announcer and volunteer coach for local youth wrestling, football, and baseball. He has served on the Board of Directors for Cheyenne Youth Baseball, the Wyoming Rodeo Association, and volunteered with Burns Youth Football. He also served on the Trustee Board for the Laramie County Fair board. Cody is involved with the Burns Lions Club, and helps put on Burns Day. Cody and his wife Jeanette (also an employee of Capitol Roofing), make quite a knowledgeable pair and are great assets to the Capitol Roofing team.

Randy Mulkey came to join the Capitol Roofing family in August of 2020. He is a Cheyenne native graduating from Central High School in 97'. He has been married to his wife Jessica for almost 23 years. They have 3 children. Their daughter Hannah who's a student at University of Wyoming and their sons Cody and Hunter who are attending Central High. Randy is a volunteer presenter and coach with Operation Lifesaver where he teaches people about being safe around railroad tracks. He was recognized by National Operation Lifesaver for being in the top 5 presenters in the country. He can be found around junior rodeos in the area where he is helping in the back pens, pulling open chute gates or just helping out where needed. He has also been a Superintendent for Laramie County Fair and is always willing to help out where needed during the fair. He came to us after a long career with Union Pacific here in Cheyenne where he was a locomotive engineer but was ready for a change of pace and being at home more. He really enjoys getting out with his clients and helping meet their roofing needs.

I have worked at Capitol Roofing, Inc since 2014 (yep that is what I recognize with), and I'm blessed to work with amazing people and a company that provides an excellent culture, which starts at the top. I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with my family. My wife Ann and I have three children (Justin, Coltin, and Tessa), a daughter-in-law Becca and two granddaughters, Emmy and Hazel, who happen to be twins.
Josh Moseley has been a Cheyenne native most of his life, moving here in 2001 when his family was relocated here from Georgia. After graduating from Central High School Josh went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Wyoming. He completed his goal of receiving a bachelors in a three year time period in 2016. While in school he was awarded the opportunity to work side by side with both Homeland Security as well as the Drug Enforcement Administration.
Since graduating high school Josh has been very involved in youth ministries, first starting with Younglife and then switching over to Thrive at Cheyenne Hills church. In his free time Josh works on flipping houses, adventuring in the great outdoors and spending as much time with family as he can. Josh has been a Project Consultant with Capitol full time since 2019 but has served in many capacities within the company. Josh says that Capitol is like family to him, he is forever grateful for the opportunities and freedom this company has given him.
